How long does rapier take to get

Choosing a club that offers many training hours per week and attending these classes regularly as often as you can will shorten the time it takes to become very good at sword fighting, if that is your goal. Most HEMA martial art styles such as Armizare and Kunst des Fechtens involve learning to use several different types of weapons in addition to grappling; mastering all of these weapons is something not everyone sets out to do. Even fewer people study the mounted combat sections of these arts.

Generally speaking however, mastery of these systems is feasible within a few years of dedicated study, if someone decided to do this. Thank you! But the principle is generally the same; more athletic ability and more time spent training will equal faster skill acquisition.

This just feels like a bug, I mean, in a game already filled with rng and spawn times and what not, having yet another thing with a spawn time nobody was able to determine yet, it's a bit ill design imo Comment by Shamirr Spawned right after server rolling restart.

Comment by ArchieAngel Wish it looked as cool as the one in the ground Comment by Ocktomos Really Blizz? Comment by Lyariana I saw it randomly and was like "oh, I'll come back and do that later! Came back, not there. Read the comments and now.. Let the realm hopping commence! Comment by Redroach21 I could see the marker on the map, but nothing where it should have been. Logged out. Logged back in. Could see it. Comment by rosalera I think this item is currently bugged. RareScanner alerts and map icon shows but the item hasn't spawned.

Logging out doesn't make it appear. Haven't found a successful realm hop yet. Comment by Ehayen I think what's going on is that some items including this one only spawn on one or a certain number of servers at a time. I had to group hop 4 times before it showed up. Also: Agroing the sword mob also agros the Examiner Bolin inside the building. After you start attacking the sword he will do his attract vocal and then teleport onto the roof, which also agros the dredger by the wall, so you'll be fighting all 3 at once.

Examiner Bolin breaks out of Freezing Trap so don't bother trying that on him. Also the reward is a sword, so if you're not a melee class, unless you really want 85 vendor gold you can probably skip this quest. Comment by Raincaller Found it through about 30 mins of realm hopping, using questing groups to hop. Comment by jojomon If anyone is having an issue finding this treasure, my guildie recommended coming after the server weekly reset 3. That's when he found his. Sure enough, I powered through and stayed up until 3.

This was after hours of checking, realm-hopping and what not. That's why it's on your map, but it isn't there in the game. Comment by monteros 18 hours straight, nothing. Ran a bunch of mythics, and checked before camping, and it was up. RNG, and Blizzard this is just silly Comment by podnov Another vote here for checking it after the weekly reset. One thing I think that was different was that this time, when the rapier was present, as I approached the location there was a grey arrow on my minimap indicating the existence of something outside the range of my minimap.

I think that arrow is a canned blizzard arrow, and not one provided by an addon. I don't recall seeing that arrow other times I've checked for the rapier when addons had falsely indicated that the rapier was present, but I could be wrong. Thibault, with his typical exactness, states that the cross should be at the navel, and that the distance from the shoulder to the ground when holding the sword straight to the ground makes a defining measurement and is how he envisions his geometric pattern being generated to create the preciseness of his fight and the infamous "magic circle".

Thus the size of the Sword should be such that the length of the blade from the tip to the crosspiece is equal to half the Diameter, that is to say, if the tip is placed on the ground between the feet, the crosspiece of the handguard will come up to the navel, just as explained in Circle No 1, and the more exactly one can achieve this, the better, for many reasons. Most rapiers today are made to standard measurements that ignore the advice of the masters, when really, the appropriate size of a rapier is relative to the user not the market.

This may allow us to lose some of this uniqueness of the period swords being adjusted to the individual user and the art of fence that creates. It is one of the reasons we offer custom blade lengths on our swords, to make sure that they fit you perfectly whether you are in the 17th C or today.
